Shopify or a custom store?

Shopify is the right choice for most product businesses: reliable checkout, a large ecosystem and low operational burden. A custom store makes sense when the catalogue, pricing, ordering process or integrations are unusual, or when the store is part of a larger operational system. We recommend the platform that fits, and we build on both.

Ecommerce Development

A sale is not finished at checkout.

Stock has to move, the parcel has to leave, the customer has to hear about it and the accounts have to agree. The store is one part of that system.

Platform choice

Shopify for most product businesses; custom when catalogue, pricing or integrations are unusual.

Migration

Products, customers, orders and redirects preserved.

Automation

Order updates and re-order prompts through WhatsApp Business automation.

What buyers ask before committing

Straight answers to the questions that decide a project.

What we would not do
  • Create an order from a payment redirect without server-side verification.
  • Build a custom store for a standard catalogue that Shopify serves well.
  • Leave returns and COD as manual email processes.

Shopify or custom?

Shopify unless your catalogue, pricing, ordering or integrations are genuinely unusual. We build on both and recommend honestly.

Which payment gateways?

Razorpay and Stripe, including UPI. Others if you already have a relationship.

Can it connect to our inventory and accounting?

Yes. Stock, orders and accounting entries stay consistent through integrations.

What about COD and returns?

Both are designed as flows with rules and states, not handled by hand.

Can you migrate our existing store?

Yes, with redirects to protect rankings and full order history.

Questions

Questions worth asking first.

Razorpay and Stripe are the usual choices, including UPI. Others can be evaluated if you already have a relationship.
